Kavin received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Georgia State University. .A second-generation hotelier, he brings decades of hands-on experience to his role as CEO, overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, development, and strategy. Known for his strengths in project management, operational efficiency, and technology integration, Kavin leads with a forward-thinking approach grounded in deep industry insight.

Bart brings deep expertise from the restaurant side of hospitality, having overseen operations for 61 restaurants across 10 states. With a strong foundation in scaling teams, streamlining service systems, and driving profitability, he brings a guest-first mindset rooted in fast-paced, high-volume environments. His transition into hotel leadership brings fresh energy, operational discipline, and a passion for elevating the full guest experience.

Kanhaiya began his career in public accounting where he completed accounting and tax-related projects for multi-billion-dollar companies, incl. KPMG and NCR. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and has a B.S. in Accounting from Georgia College and a Master of Taxation from Georgia State University.

Vrunda has extensive experience in both hospitality and multi-industry marketing. With a keen eye for identifying trends, crafting compelling narratives and designs, leveraging digital platforms, and developing a deep understanding for her client base, she’s been able to drive tremendous growth across businesses in the hospitality, restaurant and transportation space.

DIRECTOR of OPERATIONS

Viren has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Business. Before managing hotels, Viren served on the frontline in the Hospitality industry, managing Restaurants for 10+ years. He currently oversees Operations and Revenue Management, and leads by creating nurturing environments based on the company’s core beliefs, philosophies and employee-focused policies.

DIRECTOR of DEVELOPMENT

Ravi brings over 15 years of business and hospitality industry experience to Bold Hospitality Group. Ravi graduated from SUNY Brockport with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.  He also holds an Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. Ravi currently leads renovations, construction, brand conversions and design committees for Bold Hospitality Group.

Greg is an experienced Director of Sales with a proven track record leading high-performing teams across multi-property hotel portfolios. Skilled in strategic planning, key account development, and revenue optimization, he is key in driving sustained growth and market share.

DIRECTOR of QUALITY CONTROL

Grace’s foray into hospitality began in event management across three continents before transitioning into hotel operations—bringing a global perspective and a meticulous eye for guest experience. Now as Director of Quality Control, she applies that same attention to detail to ensure consistency, excellence, and brand standards across the portfolio.
